I’ve been eating a lot of Caesar salads and chilled pasta/cucumber salads lately. Nice cool/cold food, no stove/oven being turned on when it’s 975 degrees out lately. Simple, refreshing and fun to make/eat. I’m still dangerous with a big knife, unfortunately. I nick myself nearly every time. 😂🤷🏻‍♂️ I enjoyed this episode too. 😍

Perfect timing! On my way out for my weekly organic haul and will certainly pick up an English cucumber. The ingredients are perfect as they are all things that a person who prepares ethnic recipes will have on the shelves of their pantry. BTW: thanks for the call out to Food Tok. Adelina, as I was listening to this I thought that there are so many people who need to watch this video. Many years ago I was working for a woman and had a similar situation where I was staying at the office late in order to try to complete an important project, when she called and wanted to me to change a flight for her - something that she could very easily have done herself. I had had a previous totally ridiculous situation with her, at which point I marched straight into HR and said "I quit" and why. Now I grew up as Miss Goody Two Shoes who was programmed to do what she was told, so that was a BIG DEAL. The HR Manager asked me to just take a couple of days off, and actually the VP of the company had a meeting with me and said "Yeah, we know what she's like, but just hang in there and we have your back." Well, when this new situation occurred (and there were many others smaller infractions in between) I just told her no, and I left the project I was staying late to work on, and I just walked off the job and never went back. I felt REALLY proud of myself for standing up to her. I know how difficult it is, and how easy it is to second guess yourself, and I can totally get the PTSD. They are master manipulators. So glad you escaped! Thank you for sharing. And I think you should now do a video about what Jack Canfield said about manifesting what you really want! Because that truly is phase 2 of this kind of situation. We rarely understand just how powerful we are, or how to engage that power!

Hi, I've been enjoying following you're channel for awhile. This may sound weird, but if ever you find a piece of land that is zone for more then one tiny home and would like to have a partner to buy the land, I may be interested in investing with you. I'm an active 60 year old vegan who loves cooking, gardening, hiking, just being outside. I visited my nephew in Victoria last year and fell in love with Vancouver Island and would love to move out there once I retire in 3 years. I'm a Canadian from Montreal. Just putting it out there in the universe just in case it could be a possibility.

I remember my mom pulling an airstream with her car to Albuquerque. Coming back from Albuquerque that was when we had a serious accident. I was only 7 years old at the time. But even at age 73 I can still remember the airstream was moving over the center line as we were going over the mountain. And the next thing you know I we were upside down with a boulder separating my mother and I. This was the age before seatbelts. Lost everything but we came out with just bumps and bruises. So it doesn't matter what you're pulling you got to take care. And for all that you've done for tiny houses thank you.
